The release of Kanye West's video for "Monster", off the fifth studio album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, seems a bit late and overdue. Nonetheless, the video, which features Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Bon Iver, shows just how high of a caliber Kanye's career currently stands, while the video itself, I find, is overtly gruesome, with great instances of cinematography and videography. In all, the video itself could be more creativeand less of a shock factor, and it should've been released months ago, although it still stands as a testament of Kanye's work.
